Breakthrough: The Story of James O. Fraser and the Lisu People

In 1908 a young English university graduate gave up a potential career and fame to serve as a missionary in the remote regions of China.  But after six years, there was little response and the mission needed him elsewhere.

Adapted from Mountain Rain, the biography written by Eileen Fraser Crossman, Fraser's daughter, Breakthrough is an inspiring half-hour docudrama about a man, his journey and a people changed through prayer.  This multi-language DVD is a story about personal sacrifice, perseverance, the power of prayer and the opportunity to step back in time 100 years to experience the life of a missionary pioneer to the Lisu people in South West China.

After pioneering in the city where Fraser lived and died, I became closely associated with his life and ministry.  It was therefore one of God's amazing surprises and orchestrations for me to be so involved in this production.
